>> we're live on eye drive, kate burgess, fox 35 news. >> volusia county kbt county deputies are looking for two men who robbed a man in deltona. kelly joyce with the details. >> reporter: the 57-year-old victim tells deputies that he was here in deltona. he got money out of the atm and was walking home at 8:30 last night. a car pulled over, a guy with a gun got out and demanded he get in the car with them. he told them that he had money in his pocket. they made him put his head down to the floor and drove him around for # 45 minutes. one of the men held a gun to his head. about 45 minutes later. the suspect had taken the money out of his pocket and dumped in a parking lot in orlando where he flagged down police. they are working with volusia county sheriff's deputies on

some point might cause his death. >> tilikum made headlines six years ago. tili is estimated to be about 34 years old. tili has been part of their family for 23 years. he's had respiratory issues in the past and this particular type of respiratory infection is hard to treat. >> we take blood from him, at least once a week, sometimes twice a week to monitor what kind of inflammation is going on. it gives us a nice picture into his health status. >> we use a variety of oral antibiotics and antifungals.

gun, so he supplied and handed over his phone and money from his wallet. orlando police still looking for the suspect that they say stole a car and drove right into a family's living room. the suspect crashed a silver mitsubishi eclipse. two people were inside but nobody got hurt. they are now checking the car for evidence. gas stations will have to install security devices on pumps to make sure they are protected from skimmers. this is now under a bill going to governor rick scott's death. the legislation was a top priority for agriculture commissioner out of putnam whose department has been investigating the use of skimmers to steal credit card information. gas station owners would have to report any attempts to tamper

the supreme court threw out the death penalty earlier this year. prosecutors have delayed high profile cases. like in volusia county where they will go to trial for the murder of suarez. juries must now recommend the death sentence by a 10-2 margin. >> it is very solemn duty. i think about the victims, i think about their families, i've talked to a lot of families. i've heard that it is closure. >> they are expected to petition to get their sentences reduced. >> the department of justice may launch an investigation after a death related to racial profiling.
